Summer Shred

Get in shape for summer with our specifically designed "shred" class! Participants will experience short bursts of high-intensity, interval-training that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same!

Power Hour

Power Hour sessions will consist of plyometric, cardio, and strength training exercises. The core of the workout will be circuit training where exercises will  combine strength training and cardio for maximum results.  Each class the workout will be different but will always work every major muscle group and increase heart rate. The workouts are designed so that each person sees their strength increase week after week.

All ages, genders and fitness levels are welcome in this class. Our instructors will give modifications for each and every exercise showing how to make it easier in the beginning and more challenging as strength and endurance gains are made.

Fat Burner- Husky Spider Park!

Working out in the sunshine can be great to break up the gym routine—and more challenging, too, as you power through drills on sand, grass and some gruelling steps. Fatburner is designed to get you maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time.

The Bay Games Group Training

Are you looking to join in on the action for this years Bay Games?

Even if you aren't quite ready, why not get an early jump on next year.

Weather you're looking to join a team or attacking the individuals this class is for you!
Focusing purely on events that will be featured in the games, whilst having some competitive fun as well, this is one you don't want to miss.

Live Strong

Live strong is a weights based group exercise class that uses light to moderate weights under high repetition choreographed to music. This class will provide you with a full body workout, targeting individual muscle groups whilst still giving you a cardio hit as well.

Punch

PUNCH boxing classes are perfect for those participants wanting to improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscle and increase strength whilst burning lots of calories. These classes will combine a variety of boxing and kick boxing drills along with other cardio and strength exercises catering for beginner to advanced individuals.

H.I.I.T

Exactly what it says – High Intensity Interval Training!!!! This class is perfect for those participants who are short for time but want the ultimate total body workout that will allow them to achieve their goals fast. This class format alternates short periods of high intensity anaerobic activity with less-intense periods of recovery. HIIT is the latest craze in the fitness industry with research showing its extremely effective fat burning capacity.

STEP

This is similar to a traditional step class, yet there is more focus on simplifying the movements to enhance the athletic training component. The choreography will be less intricate, therefore allowing you to perform basic movements with more power, depth and height to use the step as a "training tool" to a fitter you!
