Get in shape  with our specifically designed "shred" class! Participants will experience short bursts of high-intensity, interval-training that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same!

Power Hour

Power Hour sessions will consist of plyometric, cardio, and strength training exercises. The core of the workout will be circuit training where exercises will  combine strength training and cardio for maximum results.  Each class the workout will be different but will always work every major muscle group and increase heart rate. The workouts are designed so that each person sees their strength increase week after week.

All ages, genders and fitness levels are welcome in this class. Our instructors will give modifications for each and every exercise showing how to make it easier in the beginning and more challenging as strength and endurance gains are made.

Fatburner is designed to get you maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time.

Monday Morning Motivation

Monday Morning Motivation consists of a high energy full body functional workout focusing on mobility and overall performance.

LIVESTRONG

Live strong is a weights based group exercise class that uses light to moderate weights under high repetition choreographed to music. This class will provide you with a full body workout, targeting individual muscle groups whilst still giving you a cardio hit as well.

WOD TRAINING With Jacob Howard

Want to learn how to lift, run, move functionally and do gymnastics skills all while in a supportive, positive and highly motivating group environment!? THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU! Following his incredible passion for all thing functional, Jacob is incredibly excited to be getting this class off the ground for everyone who is keen for a little change in there training schedule.

Punch

PUNCH boxing classes are perfect for those participants wanting to improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscle and increase strength whilst burning lots of calories. These classes will combine a variety of boxing and kick boxing drills along with other cardio and strength exercises catering for beginner to advanced individuals.
