Top of the Line Equipment

We have a full cardio suite and all the free weights and strength machines you could ever want. All our equipment is top of the line and carefully selected to ensure it meets the very latest research into effective health and fitness.

Crèche

Getting to the gym can be tough when your kids are constantly demanding attention. So we offer our members a crèche where you can drop your kids in, relax, and enjoy your workout. Our priority is providing a fun and safe environment for your children.

Shelby Berry

Hugely energetic with an infectious passion for life and fitness. Shelby grew up in a life around sport and fitness from a young age. Playing representative hockey from the age of 10, and completing her Certificate 3 by the time she was 15.

Shelby made the move to Sydney when she was 18 years old, and began working for one of the largest known fitness clubs worldwide. Here she gained a lot of experience and knowledge on all things health and fitness through working alongside a vast range of trainers and nutritionists.

She personally subscribes to the benefits of high intensity interval and weight training. However, is highly intuitive in tailoring personal fitness programs to the individual and deeply believes in meeting the client where they are at and inspiring them to reach their goals. She has lived and breathed fitness her whole life and thrives on sharing and igniting that passion within others.

Dale Berry

Dale is passionate about helping people achieve their own unique health and fitness goals.

He has also grown up with a passion for sport and fitness. Playing rugby league from the age of 6 years old and going on to play representative league, AFL, union, athletics and swimming through his teenage years.

Dale believes balance is critical to many aspects of a healthy life - a balance between good nutrition, cardiovascular and functional strength training. With all three of these aspects equally important your health, wellbeing and performance will dramatically improve.

Haidee Lynch
Head Personal Trainer

Haidee is a mum of two and a passionate and dedicated fitness professional who strives to advocate the importance of health and fitness each and every day.

Haidee is a qualified Personal Trainer completing her Certificate IV in Fitness whilst studying her HSC in 2005/6. Haidee also studied at Wollongong University to completed a Bachelor of Health Education in 2010 and has been working as a PDHPE teacher at Vincentia High school over the past 4 years.

Haidee has been involved in the world of sport and fitness from a young age playing a variety of sports at representative level, becoming a part of the Australian All School Hockey team in 2005. These experiences have given her a broad knowledge base for working with a range of different clients from children to the elderly to elite athletes.

Haidee endeavours to motivate and inspire others to take the step towards change, to learn and live the in the world of health and fitness.

Rebecca Hazell
Personal Trainer / Group Exercise Instructor

Bec is incredibly passionate about fitness. Clients would describe her as energetic, inspiring, motivated and dedicated and she loves nothing more than to help people reach their personal goals. Currently teaching a range of classes including Step, Livestrong, Fatburner and HIIT, she is also available as a Personal Trainer.
